                             RESOLUTION NO.   20015 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S.
                   DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, CORP OF ENGINEERS,
                   RELATIVE TO THE STREAMBANK STABILIZATION
                   PROJECT, TENNESSEE RIVER, CHATTANOOGA
                   SEWERLINE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with the U.S. Department of the Army, 
Corp
       of Engineers, relative to the Streambank Stabilization Project,
       Tennessee River, Chattanooga Sewerline, with an estimated
       contribution by the City of $500,000.00.
